PLATE 02 — The boat you cannot see

Why, for now,
we show you a shadow

A new star is about to be born: the name NAVY P40 appeared on our website in the summer of 2025, and since then the question has been a single one: what does it look like? The answer, for the moment, is this page. The NAVY P40 is a power catamaran of about 12 metres, our most ambitious creation, and it is not yet time to switch on the lights.

The houses that build beautiful things present a new model this way: first the silhouette, then the name, then everything else. It is not an affectation. A project keeps changing until it is finished, and we would rather show you a real boat, one day, than a drawing to be corrected every month. On that day the first to know will be those who left us an address.

Three things,
and they are all true

A power catamaran

TWO HULLS · ONE DECK · NO SAILS

It is the first thing we can say, and the most important: the P40 is not a big RIB. It is a boat with two parallel hulls joined by a single deck, driven by engines. Another family, another way of being on the water.

About 12 metres

THE ONLY MEASUREMENT WE GIVE · THE REST AT THE UNVEILING

Twelve metres, roughly: longer than our NAVY 9.50 Cabinato, today the largest of the NAVY range at 9.80 metres overall. Beam, engines, people on board, range: everything you expect from a data sheet will come, but not now.

NO DATE · NO PRICE · ONE PROMISE

We do not give you a date, because a date is promised only when it can be kept. We give you a simpler promise: whoever leaves us an email sees it before everyone else.

PLATE 04 — The sea, before the boat · Naviglia vision

The sun has just gone down and the sea is almost black. What remains is a single road of gold, running towards the horizon: the course is already there, the boat that will follow it is not yet. It is the most honest picture we have of the P40 at this moment. The project moves on, in the silence in which carefully made things move on; and a star, when it is born, is seen first by its glow.

The classified sheet

What we will tell you
first

This is the NAVY P40 data sheet as you see it today: every line exists, every value is covered. It is not a game: these are the entries you will find written out, one by one, on the day of the unveiling, in the same order you find them on the sheets of the six NAVY models in the price list. Until then the brass bar stays where it is, and we do not write a number we might have to correct tomorrow.

POWER CATAMARAN · NAVIGLIA VISION

A power catamaran is a boat with two narrow, parallel hulls joined by a deck: it rests on the water at two points far apart, and that is why it stays flat while others roll. Between the hulls the air passes and the water passes; above, the deck is as wide as the whole boat, and the space on board is counted in square metres more than in metres of length. It is a shape born for the open sea and for those who want to live on board, not merely pass through.

For a brand that designs and fits out RIBs, from the NAVY 4.80 to the NAVY 9.50 Cabinato, it is a long stride: a different hull, another way of meeting the wave, another idea of a deck. We take it with the same hand you see in today's NAVY boats. How its bows are made, how tall they are and what they hide, we will tell you everything when the time comes. For now they come out of the fog, and that is all.

Meanwhile

The NAVY boats already here
can be seen in person

The P40 will come. The six NAVY RIBs in the price list, from the NAVY 4.80 to the NAVY 9.50 Cabinato, are here now: you can look at them, touch them, climb aboard and try them at sea. If you are waiting for the catamaran, start with the largest, the flagship with the cabin: it is the one that best shows the hand with which we design and fit out every boat. If you want to understand how a NAVY meets the wave, start with the 7.60, the boat of our sea trials. All the others, from the smallest to the largest, stand side by side in the range, with their data sheets and prices in the open.

Questions about the P40

What you
ask us

Since the name appeared on the website, the questions about the catamaran have always been the same. Here are the answers we can give today, without inventing the ones we cannot. One at a time: open one and the other closes.

What is the NAVY P40?

It is a power catamaran of about 12 metres, the first catamaran of the Naviglia Yachts brand. It is not a RIB and it is not part of the NAVY range in the price list, which today counts six models from the NAVY 4.80 to the NAVY 9.50 Cabinato: it is a new boat, from another family, that joins them. It is coming and has not yet been unveiled.

When will the P40 be unveiled?

There is no public date, and we do not write one until we can keep it. Whoever leaves their email in the form at the top of this page, or tells us on WhatsApp, receives the notice on the day of the unveiling, before the news appears anywhere else.

How much does the NAVY P40 cost? Can it be ordered already?

The P40 is not in the price list: there is no published price and no orders are taken. The real prices, excluding VAT and engine, concern the six NAVY models in the price list and you will find them on the prices page: from the NAVY 4.80, from €13,924 + VAT · engine not included, to the NAVY 9.50 Cabinato, from €86,900 + VAT · engine not included.

What does “power catamaran” mean?

A boat with two parallel hulls joined by a single deck, driven by engines rather than sails. It rests on the water at two points far apart, so it stays flat and has a deck as wide as the whole boat. Of the P40 we say only this and the size, about 12 metres: every other technical figure will come with the unveiling.

Are the images on this page the final boat?

No. They are teaser visions, and we say so under every image: the silhouette is deliberately kept in shadow and does not represent the final boat in its details. You will see the real P40 on the day it is unveiled, in photographs and in person.

Can I see the P40 in person?

Not yet. Meanwhile you can see the NAVY boats in the price list in person and book a sea trial: book your visit, book a sea trial or write to us on WhatsApp, and we will set the day together. If you are waiting for the catamaran, start with the NAVY 9.50 Cabinato, our flagship with the cabin.

How do I get notified when the P40 comes out?

In three ways: by leaving your email in the form at the top of the page, by writing to us from the contact form with the request “NAVY P40”, or on WhatsApp at 380 173 0961. Your address is used for this notice only: nothing else.

Will the P40 replace the 9.50 Cabinato?

No. The NAVY 9.50 Cabinato remains the flagship of the NAVY RIBs, with its cabin below deck, berths and separate heads, and it stays in the price list from €86,900 + VAT · engine not included. The P40 is a catamaran: it joins the range, it does not replace it.

PLATE 11 — In person, now

While the star is born,
the sea is already here

We will show you the NAVY P40 when it is ready, and you will be the first to know. Today's NAVY boats, on the other hand, are there waiting for you: come and see them in person, climb aboard, try them at sea. What size do you have in mind?
