Terms and conditions
of sale

7 points · direct sales · last updated 25 September 2026

Before a RIB, you choose a length, a colour, an engine. Before you sign, though, it is worth knowing how the purchase works: how to order, how to pay, when and where the boat arrives, how long the warranty lasts, when a return is possible and which law applies. It is all here, in 7 points, in plain words. We invite you to read them calmly before going ahead with your purchase.

PLATE 02

Who sells, and on what terms

One seller,
7 points

These terms govern the purchase of NAVY series RIBs from Naviglia Yachts, the boating brand of Michelessi Corporation Srl. They follow the 7 points of the terms of sale in the NAVY series price list and apply to every purchase, from the NAVY 4.80 to the NAVY 9.50 Cabinato.

Sales are direct: there is no one between you and us. The same company that prepares your quote signs the contract with you, organises the delivery and answers you afterwards. That is why there is only one set of terms, the same for everyone, and you will find them below in the order in which you will meet them: first the order, then payment, then delivery, and finally the warranty, returns and the law that applies.

  • 01 · Available products. In stock or made to order.
  • 02 · Orders and availability. You order directly from us.
  • 03 · Prices and payments. In euros, + VAT, engine not included; bank transfer in 3 steps.
  • 04 · Delivery. To the harbour you choose or to your home.
  • 05 · Warranty and assistance. Up to 15 years' warranty.
  • 06 · Returns and cancellations. 14 days, stock boats only.

PLATE 04

Points 01 and 02 — Products, orders, availability

2 routes,
one order

01 · Available products. NAVY RIBs can be bought in 2 ways. In stock, when the boat is already fitted out and arrives within 7 working days of order confirmation. Or made to order, customised on request: we build every boat to order, one at a time, with no assembly line, with the tube colour, the white or black fibreglass, the flooring, the upholstery, the options and the engine that you choose. The range in the price list includes 6 RIBs, from the NAVY 4.80 to the NAVY 9.50 Cabinato.

02 · Orders and availability. You order by contacting us directly: by phone, by email, on WhatsApp or in the showroom, by appointment. We handle the sale ourselves from Aprilia (LT), with no one in between: everything comes back to us, from configuration to delivery. Stock boats are available while they last: we check with you which ones are ready on the day you ask, because what we have in stock changes. For made-to-order RIBs, the production time runs from order confirmation.

3 things to know before you confirm the order: how to read the prices, how to pay and which documents come with the purchase. None of the 3 holds any surprises: you will find every figure written in the quote before you sign.

The prices

In euros,
plus VAT

Prices are stated in euros and are net: excluding VAT and without the engine, which you choose separately according to how you plan to use the boat. Next to each price you will also find the amount with Italian VAT at 22% already worked out. The price list starts with the NAVY 4.80 (from €13,924 + VAT · engine not included) and ends with the NAVY 9.50 Cabinato (from €86,900 + VAT · engine not included). Prices may change without notice: that is why the figure to look at is the one written in your quote, with the chosen engine and the transport cost.

Payment

3 steps,
by bank transfer

Payment is made by bank transfer, in 3 steps: a deposit on order confirmation, stage payments during production, the balance on delivery. It is how a boat built to order comes together: you pay as it takes shape, and the last part when it is in front of you, ready. The purchase can also be financed, including through marine leasing: we discuss it with you together with the quote.

The documents

3 papers
to keep

The purchase goes through 3 documents, in this order: the deposit invoice, the sales contract and the delivery report. Keep them safe: they are the papers with which your NAVY came to you, and they are the first ones needed if one day you write to us for assistance or about the warranty.

The NAVY 7.60 at anchor on the right, the beach and the granite mountain behind. This is where a delivery really ends: not in a yard, but in the water where the boat will spend its summers. That is why we deliver it wherever you tell us, to the harbour or to your door.

PLATE 07

Point 04 — Delivery

To the harbour you choose,
or to your home

Delivery is made to the address you give us: to the harbour you choose or straight to your home, including outside the Lazio region. We organise the transport, and its cost is written in the quote, before you sign, next to the price of the boat and the engine. On delivery day you sign the delivery report, the last of the 3 purchase documents.

  • Stock boats. The boat arrives within 7 working days of order confirmation.
  • Made to order, up to the NAVY 7.60. About 3 months from order confirmation.
  • NAVY 9.50 Cabin. Lead times are agreed together on order confirmation.
  • No date promised in advance. When you order, we tell you honestly where we stand.

If you have next summer in mind, there is only one piece of advice: confirm your order early. We build to order, and confirming is how you secure your place in production.

Point 05 — Warranty and assistance

Up to 15 years,
and who answers

«All our products are covered by a 15-YEAR warranty. For any problem or assistance, the customer can contact our customer service.»
SOURCE — Terms and conditions of the NAVY price list, point 5, «Warranty and assistance» (our translation from the Italian).

Up to 15 years' warranty: the maximum duration is in writing, and you will also find it on the page dedicated to the warranty. A NAVY, however, is made of parts with different lifespans, so the duration item by item, what is excluded and what maintenance is required are the 3 things to ask about, and to have in writing, before you sign. The Naviglia Yachts commercial warranty is in addition to the rights the law gives buyers: it neither replaces nor reduces them.

For assistance you come to us, to our customer service, with no one in between: by phone on 380 173 0961, on WhatsApp on 380 173 0961 or by email at info@navigliayachts.com. Keep your sales contract and delivery report to hand: they save everyone time.

PLATE 10

Point 06 — Returns and cancellations

14 days,
on stock boats

For RIBs bought in stock you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the boat is intact. Just write to us or call us within that period.

Made-to-order RIBs, on the other hand, cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started. The reason is simple: a customised NAVY is born with the tube colour, the fibreglass, the upholstery, the options and the engine you have chosen, and it is built for you, one boat at a time. That is why we settle every choice together before order confirmation, item by item in the quote, and production only starts afterwards.

Point 07 — Governing law

Italian law,
specifications checked

Italian law · court designated by law · checks before ordering

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court designated by law; buyers acting as consumers always keep the protections of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del consumo).

We continually update the technical and aesthetic specifications of NAVY RIBs, and we may change them at any time. The descriptions, measurements and images on the website, in the catalogue and in the price list are there to introduce you to the boats: so, before placing your order, check the specifications of the boat you choose with us, one by one, and find them written in the quote. The processing of your personal data is governed by the privacy notice.

Questions about the terms

Frequently asked
questions

The questions asked most often at the time of ordering, each with its answer written in plain words. One at a time: open one and the other closes.

How do you pay for a NAVY RIB?

A NAVY RIB is paid for by bank transfer, in 3 steps: a deposit on order confirmation, stage payments during production, the balance on delivery. There are 3 purchase documents: the deposit invoice, the sales contract and the delivery report. If you prefer, the purchase of a NAVY can also be financed, including through marine leasing: we discuss it with you together with the quote.

Are the prices on the website inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

The prices you see on the website are net: they exclude VAT and do not include the engine, which you choose separately according to how you plan to use the boat. Next to each price you will also find the amount with Italian VAT at 22% already worked out. The NAVY RIB price list is in euros and prices may change without notice: the figure that counts is the one written in your quote.

How long does it take from order to delivery?

For a stock boat, within 7 working days. For a made-to-order RIB up to the 7.60, about 3 months from order confirmation. For the NAVY 9.50 Cabin, lead times are agreed together on order confirmation. We do not promise dates we cannot keep: when you order, we tell you honestly where we stand.

Do you also deliver far from Aprilia, for example to Sardinia, Sicily or the northern Italian lakes?

Yes. We deliver to the harbour you tell us or straight to your home, and the transport cost is written in the quote. We also handle delivery to Sardinia ourselves, taking care of everything that is needed. The RIB is delivered to the address you give us when you place the order.

Can a NAVY RIB be returned after delivery?

It depends on how you bought it. A NAVY RIB bought in stock can be returned: the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the boat is intact. A made-to-order NAVY RIB, on the other hand, cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, because it is built around your choices. That is why we settle every choice together in the quote, before order confirmation.

What warranty do NAVY RIBs come with?

NAVY RIBs come with up to 15 years' warranty. The terms and conditions of the price list, at point 5, put it this way: «All our products are covered by a 15-YEAR warranty» (our translation from the Italian). The duration item by item, the exclusions and the maintenance required should be asked about, and obtained in writing, before signing. The commercial warranty is in addition to the buyer's statutory rights: it does not replace them.

Can the specifications of NAVY RIBs described on the website change?

Yes. Naviglia Yachts continually updates the technical and aesthetic specifications of NAVY RIBs and may change them at any time. The descriptions, measurements and images on the website, in the catalogue and in the price list are there to present the boats: before placing an order, the specifications of the NAVY you choose are checked with us, one by one, and you will find them written in the quote.

Which law governs the purchase of a NAVY RIB?

The purchase of a NAVY RIB from Naviglia Yachts is governed by Italian law. The seller is Michelessi Corporation Srl, based in Aprilia (LT), Italian VAT number 03294220599. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court designated by law, and buyers acting as consumers always keep the protections of the Italian Consumer Code. The terms are the same for every purchase.
