Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) · updated 25 September 2026

This page tells you, plainly, who receives the data you leave on the site, what it is used for, how long we keep it and how you can see it, correct it or have it deleted. At the bottom you will also find the few conditions that apply to anyone reading these pages.

PLATE 02

The privacy notice, in a few lines

All in
six lines

The data controller for everything collected on navigliayachts.com is Michelessi Corporation Srl, the company that owns the Naviglia Yachts brand. We collect only what you write to us, we use it to reply to you and to handle any purchase, and the site uses no analytics tools and no advertising pixels.

The sections that follow say the same things in full: who the controller is and how to reach them, what data each form sends us, on what legal basis we use it, who reads it, how long it stays on file and what rights you have. If you need just one answer, look for it among the frequently asked questions at the bottom of the page.

PLATE 03

Data controller

Who answers
for your data

The data controller is Michelessi Corporation Srl, the company in Aprilia (LT) that owns the Naviglia Yachts brand: we design, fit out and sell NAVY RIBs directly to the people who will use them. It is the controller who decides why and how the data you entrust to us is used, and the people in the company who read that data answer to the controller.

You do not need to come to the showroom, which is open by appointment, to ask a question about privacy: an email is enough. The office address is fine for everyday requests; certified email (PEC, the Italian registered electronic mail) is for when you want legally valid proof that you wrote to us.

FIG. 02 — The compass rose and the Naviglia Yachts lettering embroidered in burgundy thread on cream leather-look upholstery. The diamond stitching criss-crosses all around, even and regular, with the light picking out its relief.
  • Company name. Michelessi Corporation Srl; the boating brand is Naviglia Yachts, the RIB brand is NAVY.
  • Registered office. Via Garigliano 39 — 04011 Aprilia (LT), Italy.
  • VAT number. 03294220599.
  • Certified email (PEC). michelessicorporation@pec.it, for requests you want to be able to prove.
  • Email and phone. info@navigliayachts.com and 380 173 0961, for everything else.
  • Data Protection Officer. None has been appointed: privacy requests are handled directly by the controller.

What data we collect

Only what
you write

The site does not ask you to register, has no members' area and takes no payments: it will never ask you for a card number. Personal data reaches us by four routes, and every one of them starts with a choice of yours.

The site's forms

Visit, sea trial
and quote

To book a visit or a sea trial you leave us your name, a phone or WhatsApp number, your town, the model you are interested in and, if you wish, a message. In a quote request you leave your name, email address and phone number, then the model, how you will use it, the engine, your boating licence, any used boat you want to trade in, the delivery area, the colours you have chosen, the time you prefer to be called back and, if they interest you, financing, boats in stock, a visit or a sea trial. To be told when the NAVY P40 comes out, your email address is enough. The page address carries codes only: the type of request, the model, the colours chosen in the configurator and the page you came from, never a name, a number or an email address. A hidden field serves only to stop automated submissions and contains none of your data.

Email, phone, WhatsApp

When you
write to us

If you write to info@navigliayachts.com, call us on 380 173 0961 or 380 173 0961, or send us a WhatsApp message, we receive the data you choose to give us: your name, your number, your email address, the text and any photographs you attach, for example those of a used boat you would like valued as a trade-in. WhatsApp is a service run by another company, with its own privacy notice: the green button on the site opens the chat, but what you write travels over WhatsApp and does not pass through our pages.

Job applications

The CV
you send us

Anyone applying from the Careers page sends us their CV by email, with a few lines about themselves: trade, experience, town. That data serves only to assess the application; it is read by the people who choose who comes to work with us, and we use it for nothing else. The application stays on file for future openings, with the same limit as other contact requests, 36 months, unless you ask us sooner to update or delete it.

Technical data

The wake
of every visit

Like any website, this one runs on a hosting service which, in order to deliver the pages to you and protect them from abuse, records the technical data of the connection: the IP address, the type of device and browser, the time of the request. We do not use it to find out who you are or to follow you from one page to the next. Our pages set no profiling cookies and load nothing from other sites: fonts, images and code all come from our own address. Your browser keeps only two technical reminders, whether you have already seen the site's opening sequence and whether you have closed the invitation banner; they contain none of your data and clear themselves when you close the tab.

PLATE 06

Purposes and legal basis

What it is
used for

Every piece of data you leave with us has a precise purpose and a legal basis provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We do not use it for any purpose other than those written here, we do not put you on advertising lists, and we neither sell it nor pass it on to anyone for advertising. The only notification you can ask the site for is the one announcing the NAVY P40, and you ask for it yourself.

  • Replying to you and preparing your quote. Basis: your request, that is, the steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and the consent you give by ticking the box on the form.
  • Arranging the visit and the sea trial. Basis: your request. We call you back on the number you left us, to agree the day and time together.
  • Selling and delivering your NAVY. Basis: the contract. The data is needed for the order, the deposit, the stage payments, the balance, transport to your harbour or your home, and the warranty.
  • Keeping our accounts in order. Basis: our legal obligations under Italian tax and accounting law. Invoices and sales documents are kept for as long as the law requires.
  • Telling you when the NAVY P40 comes out. Basis: the consent you give by leaving your email address and ticking the box. You can withdraw it whenever you like, with a single line.
  • Assessing a job application. Basis: your request to be considered for a job with us.
  • Keeping the site running and secure. Basis: our legitimate interest in delivering the pages to you and protecting them from abuse, using only the technical data of the connection.

PLATE 07 — How long it stays on file

  • 36

    months at most
    for contacts and quotes

Unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

  • 10

    years, normally,
    for tax documents

Invoices and contracts: Italian law requires it.

  • 8

    rights you
    can exercise

Listed one by one further down.

  • 0

    analytics tools
    and advertising pixels

If they ever arrive, only with your consent.

PLATE 08

Recipients and security

Who reads it,
how we keep it safe

Your data is read only by the people in the company who need to reply to you, prepare your quote and follow the order and delivery. It is also processed on our behalf, and only for the service they provide to us, by the suppliers without whom the site and email would not work: the service that hosts the pages and receives the forms, and the email provider. When you buy a NAVY, the necessary data also reaches whoever keeps our accounts and whoever transports the boat to your harbour or your home.

We do not sell it, we do not pass it on for advertising and we do not publish it: the site shows no customer's name, photograph or message. The controller takes technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or unlawful disclosure, and the site runs over an encrypted connection.

PLATE 10

Your rights

Eight rights,
one email

Over the data you have entrusted to us you can exercise eight rights, the ones that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) provides for requests, quotes and sales such as ours; no decision concerning you is taken by automated means. To exercise them you need no forms and no set wording: an email to info@navigliayachts.com or to our certified email address (PEC) michelessicorporation@pec.it is enough, with the name and contact details you used with us. We reply free of charge and within one month, as the Regulation requires.

FIG. 09 — The bow reaches towards the lens, held taut by the anchor chain. You can make out the stainless bow fitting, the bow fender and the two grey bands running along the tube. In the distance, the coast and the town in the evening haze.
  • Access. To know whether we hold data about you, what it is, where it comes from and how we use it, and to receive a copy.
  • Rectification. To correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data: a changed phone number, a new delivery address.
  • Erasure. To have your data deleted when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw your consent, except for what the law obliges us to keep, such as invoices.
  • Restriction. To ask us to hold your data without using it while we look into something you have contested.
  • Objection. To object to a use based on our legitimate interest, telling us your reasons.
  • Portability. To receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, so that you can take it elsewhere.
  • Withdrawal of consent. At any time, without affecting anything done before the withdrawal.
  • Complaint. If you think we have got something wrong, you can turn to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Site terms of use

The rules
of these pages

The conditions of sale of a NAVY, from order to delivery, are set out in the Terms and conditions of sale; cookies have their own dedicated page. Here you will find the few rules that apply to anyone reading the site, customer or not.

Close-up of the dark grey raised NAVY lettering on the white tube of the 7.60
FIG. 10 — The weave of the white fabric fills the screen and the four grey letters stand out in relief, as big as a hand. The focus falls on the N; the rest slides softly away towards the stern.
  • Prices. Every price on the site is a “from” price, excluding VAT and with the engine not included, as stated next to the figure. What counts is the written quote, item by item, that we send you for your configuration, with the cost of transport included.
  • Images. Next to every image it says whether it is a real photograph or a Naviglia vision. The visions help you picture a model, a colour or a place: they are not a photograph of a delivered boat.
  • Colours. On screen, the colours of tubes, upholstery and decking change with the display and with the light in the room. The real samples are seen and touched in person, before you choose.
  • Trademarks. Naviglia Yachts and NAVY are trademarks of Michelessi Corporation Srl. Other companies' trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and appear only to say which products go on board and whom we work with.
  • Texts and images. The site's texts, photographs and visions may not be republished elsewhere without our written permission: ask us first, by email.
  • External links. The WhatsApp button and the links to manufacturers' websites take you away from these pages: there, the rules and privacy notices of whoever runs those services apply.
  • Updates. This page changes when the site's services or the rules change. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top: at present it is 25 September 2026.

Questions about your data

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions that matter: who the controller is, which tools the site uses, how long we keep a request, what happens on WhatsApp, how to have everything deleted. One at a time: open one and the other closes.

Who is the data controller for the Naviglia Yachts website?

The data controller for the data collected by the Naviglia Yachts website is Michelessi Corporation Srl, the company in Aprilia (LT) that owns the brand, VAT number 03294220599. The controller decides how the data arriving from the forms, emails and messages is used. For any privacy question, write to info@navigliayachts.com or to the certified email address (PEC) michelessicorporation@pec.it.

Does the Naviglia Yachts website use analytics, advertising pixels or profiling cookies?

No. The Naviglia Yachts website currently uses no visitor analytics tools, no advertising pixels and no profiling cookies, and it loads no resources from other sites. If one day visits needed to be measured, the tool would start only after your consent, and this notice, together with the cookie policy, would say so beforehand. The details on cookies are on the dedicated page.

How long does Naviglia Yachts keep a quote request?

A contact or quote request stays in the Naviglia Yachts records for at most 36 months, unless you ask for it to be deleted sooner. If the request turns into a purchase, invoices and sales documents are instead kept for the period required by Italian tax and accounting rules, normally 10 years. Once those periods expire, the data is deleted.

Does the Naviglia Yachts website ask for payment details?

No. The Naviglia Yachts website sells nothing online and takes no payments: it will never ask you for a card number or your online banking details. Payment for a NAVY is agreed in writing after the quote: a deposit when the order is confirmed, stage payments during production, and the balance on delivery.

Can I ask Naviglia Yachts to delete my data?

Yes. To have your data deleted by Naviglia Yachts, an email to info@navigliayachts.com or to the certified email address (PEC) michelessicorporation@pec.it is enough: we reply free of charge and within one month, as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) requires. We delete everything we are not obliged to keep; invoices and sales documents remain for as long as the law requires, and we tell you so in our reply.

What happens to my data if I write to Naviglia Yachts on WhatsApp?

The green button on the site opens a WhatsApp chat with the Naviglia Yachts number 380 173 0961. From that moment your messages travel over WhatsApp, a service run by another company with its own privacy notice. We use what you write only to reply to you, just as with emails and phone calls; if you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can always call us or email us.

Has Naviglia Yachts appointed a Data Protection Officer?

No. Naviglia Yachts has not appointed a Data Protection Officer: privacy requests are handled directly by the controller, Michelessi Corporation Srl. Write to info@navigliayachts.com for everyday questions, and to the certified email address (PEC) michelessicorporation@pec.it when you need legally valid proof that you wrote to us.
