PLATE 02

What you receive

A written quote,
not a figure over the phone

The prices you see on this website are the public list prices: they are net of VAT and without the engine, which is chosen separately according to the use you have in mind. Next to every price you already find the amount with 22% Italian VAT. The quote starts from there and adds your choices: the engine, with several proposals of power and make; the options; the marine electronics; the transport to the harbour you name or to your home. In the end you have the final figure in front of you, and no surprises at delivery.

The quote

Three steps,
one exact figure

Which NAVY, how you want it, who you are: three steps on the same page. If you come from the colour selector, the shades you chose are already here below. The final button sends us the request, and we reply with the quote, written line by line.

Step 01Which NAVY do you have in mind?
Model *
What will you use it for *
Step 02How do you want it?
Engine *

The make is your choice; we quote the engine together with the boat, fitted and tested. If you already own one, write its make, power and year in the message.

Boating licence *

In Italy, within 6 miles of the coast, no licence is needed if the engine does not exceed 30 kW (40.8 hp) and the displacement limits set by law: with a 40 hp outboard we recommend up to the 6-metre model.

We deliver to the harbour you name or to your home, also outside the region: the cost is written in the quote.

If there is a trade-in, write make, size and year in the message: we are glad to value it.

The lines of the figure

What is inside
a quote

A Naviglia Yachts quote is a sheet you read from top to bottom without needing to phone: four lines, each with its own figure. Here they are, in the order you find them written.

FIG. 02 — NAVY 7.60 at anchor, bow three-quarter view, tan upholstery and Honda outboard visible.

The RIB

The list price,
plus VAT

The first line is the RIB as you find it in the price list, with 22% VAT written next to it. On the NAVY models up to the 7.60 the standard equipment includes the console complete with gauges, the roll bar with navigation lights, the stern platforms, the steel boarding ladder and the standard upholstery. Hull, deck and console in white or black fibreglass; tubes in ORCA fabric by Pennel & Flipo, Hypalon-neoprene, in the colour you choose.

FIG. 03 — Naviglia vision: the stern of the 6.00 at sunset, with a Honda BF100.

The engine

Quoted separately,
with several proposals

The engine is not in the list price because we do not impose it: Honda, Yamaha or Mercury, power and make are your decision, and we tell you how things really stand on the water. In the quote you find several engine proposals, fitting included. The RIB can also be ordered without an engine; if you already own one, we assess the match on the model you chose.

Options, electronics, transport

Every choice,
with its own figure

The options are quoted line by line on the model you chose: quilted Luxury upholstery, natural teak instead of EVA, bimini top, windlass. Marine electronics are not in the list price because there is no single right choice for everyone: we choose them together, model by model. Last line, the transport: to the harbour you name or to your home, Sardinia included, with the cost written down.

Payment is by bank transfer, in three steps: deposit on confirmation, stage payments during production, balance on delivery. Up to 15 years' warranty. The boat can be financed, also through marine leasing, and we value your current boat as a trade-in.

Questions about the figure

Before the
quote

The questions you ask us on the phone before requesting a quote, with the answer we give in person: what is standard, which engine is needed, one or two, how you pay, whether it can be financed. One at a time: opening one closes the other.

What is standard and what is an option?

On the RIBs up to the 7.60 the standard equipment includes: console complete with gauges, roll bar with navigation lights, stern platforms, steel boarding ladder and standard upholstery. The Luxury upholstery is an extra. Options are quoted line by line on the model you chose.

Which engine do I need? What power do you recommend?

It depends on the size and on the use. With a 40 hp outboard we recommend up to the 6-metre model; on the NAVY 7.60 we recommend a 200/250 hp; on the NAVY 9.50 Cabin the configuration is twin outboards, and the power is decided together at the quote. The minimum, recommended and maximum power of each model is in its data sheet.

I already own an engine: can I buy the RIB only?

Yes, the RIB is sold with or without an engine. We assess the match with your engine on the model you chose: we need its plate data.

Is one engine better, or two?

The NAVY 7.60 can be fitted with a single or a twin installation, but we recommend the single engine: with twin engines you lose the stern platforms.

What does «turnkey» or «ready for the mooring» mean?

It means receiving the boat ready to sail: hull with standard fit-out, outboard, console with wheel and steering, electrical system with battery, battery switch and navigation lights, fuel tank, upholstery, ladder and bilge pump. Tell us which model you have in mind and what kind of outings you plan: we prepare the complete figure, if you wish with the most suitable engine, so you have the final amount in front of you straight away.

How do I pay?

In three steps: deposit on order confirmation, stage payments during production, balance on delivery. The documents are the deposit invoice, the sales contract and the delivery report. Payment is by bank transfer.

Do you offer marine leasing?

Yes: every NAVY model can also be bought through marine leasing. We prepare an offer with data sheet and amounts, ready to be forwarded for the application.
